The Fairgains Studio is a boutique gym environment with an intentionally low membership cap (just 75 membership cap) to ensure a comfortable and convenient facility for our members that work or reside in the East Perth apartment and office precinct.
No joining fee (an initial $20 key fob fee), no lock in contracts (month to month memberships), just gains at a fair price using world class equipment in a private space.
No, we do not offer free trials or casual memberships.

Our private studio was created with the sole purpose of giving you an intimate training environment and experience.
From the moment you enter the studio you will experience our no compromise approach in providing you with a small private facility equipped with the worlds finest fitness equipment, specifically chosen to target all muscle groups.
There is no joining fee and no lock-in contract, only a small initial key fob fee. Just fair, honest, self training membership fees.
