Shani began her career in the health & fitness industry in 2009 with the desire to help others find their love for their bodies and lives through exercise. Her focus is to help her clients get stronger - physically, mentally and emotionally and as a result, empower them to feel confident, fit, healthy & happy.


Shani aims to educate her clients to understand that exercise should not be a punishment, it is a form of self love and appreciation and with the correct guidance it can be a catalyst of positive change in all aspects of their lives.
